新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌对细胞增殖与凋亡的影响分析

目的:探讨新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌对细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法:20例宫颈癌患者分为两组,治疗组先行化疗,根据化疗反应决定行手术治疗。对照组先行手术治疗,术后根据病理结果决定补充化疗。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组增殖指数(Ki-67)比对照组降低,凋亡指数(AI)较对照组升高。结论:新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌对细胞增殖与凋亡的影响大,可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,促进凋亡,有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the effects of cell proliferation and apoptosis analysis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical carcinoma.Methods：20 cases of cervical cancer patients were divided into two groups,treatment group were firstly used the chemotherapy,accorded to response to chemotherapy surgical treatment decision.The control group were firstly used the surgery,postoperative pathological findings according to the decision to add chemotherapy.Results：After treatment,the treatment group proliferation index （Ki-67） was lower than the control group,the apoptosis index （AI） was higher than the control group.Conclusion：Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical carcinoma on cell proliferation and apoptosis of large,can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and promote apoptosis,it help to improve treatment efficacy.
