摘要
目的:探索药物分析实验教学的新形式和方法。方法:在酸性染料比色法测定硫酸阿托品注射液含量的教学中对部分学生采用PBL教学法,同时以同年级的其他学生为对照。结果:PBL教学法有助于培养学生在自学、团队合作、分析问题和解决问题等多方面能力,所涉及的内容经课堂操作及实验报告测试掌握较好,平均成绩较高。结论:在药物分析实验课程教学中采用PBL教学法可行。
Objective:To investigate a new form and method of pharmaceutical analysis in experimental teaching.Methods:Used the PBL teaching method to determinate the content of Atropine sulfate Injection with the acid dye colorimetry to partial students,the others as the comparison.Results:The PBL teaching method was helpful in training the students to study independently,the team cooperation,to analysis and solve the problems.The test results and the average examination results were well.Conclusion:Uses the PBL teaching method in pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching is feasible.
