摘要 采用微流控芯片非接触电导检测法测定片剂中的盐酸倍他司汀。采用1 mmol·L-1HAc和2 mmol·L-1NaAc(pH 4.5)为缓冲溶液,0.1 mmol·L-1SDS为添加剂,以2.40 kV分离电压,10 s进样时间,盐酸倍他司汀2 m in内可实现快速分离和检测。盐酸倍他司汀的线性范围为10~140μg.mL-1(r0.999 9),检出限为1.0μg.mL-1(S/N 3),RSD为1.2%,加标回收率为98.3%~101.7%。方法简便快速、重现性好,适用于药品生产质量控制。 The betahistine dihydrochloride in its tablets was determined by the microfluidic chip with contactless conductivity detection with 1 mmol·L-1 HAc and 2 mmol·L-1 NaAc(pH 4.5) as buffer solution,0.1 mmol·L-1 SDS as additive.The betahistine dihydrochloride was separated and detected in 2 min at 2.40 kV separation voltage and 10s injection time.The linear dependence of the concentration of the betahistine dihydrochloride ranged from 10 to 140 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),with the detection limit of 1.0 μg·mL-1(S/N=3),the RSD of 1.2% and the recoveries from 98.3% to 101.7%.The method was simple,rapid and well reproducible,and it could be used in the quality control of the product.
