摘要
用邻苯二甲酸钠水溶液与氯丙烯为原料,以氯化亚铜为催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯。通过实验考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间以及物料配比对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件是：反应温度55℃,pH9~10,氯化亚铜加入量为邻苯二甲酸钠6%,反应时间3.0 h,n（氯丙烯）∶n（苯酐）2.4∶1。在此条件下,产品最大收率为88.8%。并通过红外光谱和核磁氢谱对产品结构进行了表征。
Diallyl phthalate was prepared from.Ionic liquid was characterized by FTIR,NMR and DSC.Size of palladium nanocatalyst was characterized by TEM.The results showed that mean size of palladium nanocatalyst prepared in CF3SO3 was 3nm.The new catalyst exhibits high efficiency and can be used repeatedly in Heck reaction.
