摘要
针对武汉体育学院运动训练学院运动训练专业游泳专项二年级学生这一群体,探讨以渐进放松和常规的整理放松为干预手段对游泳运动员身体恢复状态的影响。实验结果显示:渐进放松训练能对身体状况恢复的即刻改善有明显的效果;这种改善还有延续效应;能有效地消除运动员神经系统的疲劳。
Sophoremore students majoring in swimming in Wuhan Institute of P.E.were observed to study the influences of progressive relaxation and routine relaxation on the students' physical recovery.It could be seen that progressive relaxation was more effective.It could facilitate total quality recovery not only after the treatment,but also lasted until a longer time.Progressive Relaxation played an important role in the recovery.
