综合性大学教师教育专业的反思:趋势、问题与出路 被引量:8

摘要 综合性大学举办教师教育是世界各国教师教育改革和发展的基本走向,也是我国师范教育从传统走向现代的新趋势。综合性大学在教师培养过程中,因管理体制混乱,冲淡了教师教育的职能;因注重学术性而忽视了教师的教育性;在课程设置上,照搬师范院校的做法,缺乏创新性;因缺乏系统规划,教学实践环节薄弱;办学重心上移,无法满足基础教育对教师素质的要求。完善课程体系、实现学术性与师范性的和谐统一、加强教育实习以增强教学实践实效、充分利用各种资源发展教师教育是解决综合性大学教师教育专业面临困境的有效策略。 It is the trend of teacher education reform and development in the world that comprehensive university holds teacher education.It is also the new trend of Chinese normal education.There exist several disadvantages in the teacher training of comprehensive university,which include that function of teacher education is diluted by the chaotic management system;the educational role of teacher is ignored;curriculum setting is lack of innovation;the teaching practice link is very weak;the main emphasis of running a school is shifting up and can't meet the requirements of basic education.To overcome the difficulties in teacher education of comprehensive university,we should improve the curriculum system,unify academic nature and normal nature,strengthen the educational practice and make full use of various resources to develop teacher education.
