摘要
Osheim等报道了12个实验室的共同试验:血清用等体积的水稀释,配以Cu标准10%甘油溶液,使二者粘度匹配,以空气/乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定Cu,其结果的精密度良好。血浆和血清都是血液除去血细胞后的清液。
This paper described the sample is diluted tenfold with deionized water and glycerol are added to four percent in the standard Solutions, and then copper and Zinc in humam plasma are determined using air-acetylene atomic absorption spectroscopy. The reproducibility and accuracy of methed are studied. The satisfectory results are obtained, This method is rapid, simple and accurate, and can be applied to medical detemination of copper and zinc in plasma.
