胸腺瘤的治疗进展
摘要
胸腺瘤是一种上皮来源的肿瘤，在成人前上纵隔肿瘤中约占47％。临床可表现为胸痛、气促、咳嗽等。晚期可有上腔静脉综合征、一侧膈肌瘫痪、声音嘶哑、胸腔、心包积液等。由于胸腺瘤的侵袭性及易复发的特点，其治疗方案一直是广大医师探索的领域。
