摘要
基于远程振动检测,提出一种高速、高精度、外围电路简单的基于GPRS无线网络的远程振动测试。通过功率放大器将正弦控制仪产生的正弦信号输出至振动实验台,用AD7665将采集到的模拟信号转换成方便计算机方便传输、处理的数字信号,然后通过GPRS模块MC55i将数字信号传输至远程WEB服务器。详细说明了在远程振动测试中的两个关键技术,AD7665的模数转换及GPRS模块MC55i的应用。经实验验证,该技术能很好的应于用无人值守远程振动检测,不受距离及环境影响。
According to the need of remote vibration detection,a high-speed,highly accurate remote vibration test solution with the Simple peripheral circuits based on the GPRS wireless network is proposed.The sin analog signal generated by sine control device was sent to vibration rig through power amplifier.Taking advantage of the AD7665 to collect the signal and convert it into digital type that could be easily transferred and processed by computer.Then,the digital signal will be transferred to a remote WEB server by GPRS module MC55i.This paper describes the two key technologies,analog-digital conversion of AD7665 and application of GPRS module MC55i,in remote detection of vibration.Proved by experiments,the technology could be well applied in unattended remote vibration detection without the impact of distance and environments.
