摘要 为了提高电源的稳定性,降低故障率,同时又能简化电路,节省成本,介绍一种新型电源集成块ICE2A165,利用ICE2A165设计了一款开关电源。ICE2A165内含场效应开关管,可以直接激励开关变压器工作,再辅以精密三端比较器和光电耦合器就构造出了高性能的开关电源。通过合理选择外部元件的参数,可以使开关电源既有较宽的稳压范围,又有比较灵敏的保护特性。这样既拓宽了电源对市电的适用能力,又降低了故障几率。实践表明,基于ICE2A165的开关电源能在110~240 V交流环境中稳定输出+5 V和±12 V,长时间工作,电路也非常稳定可靠。 In order to improve the power supply stability,low breakdown,simultaneously could simplify the circuit,saving cost,Introduced a new power integrated blocks ICE2A165,Using ICE2A165 designed a switching power supply.ICE2A165 contains switch Field Effect Transistor,can directly incentive switch transformer work,again complementary with precision three end comparator and photoelectric coupler is constructed high-performance switching power supply.Through the reasonable choice parameters of external components,can make the switching power supply with wide voltage range,and comparison sensitive protective properties.This broadened application ability of power supply to power grid,and reduces the chance to malfunction.This broadens the applicability of the circuit to power grid,and reduces the probability of failure.Practice shows that the switch power based on ICE2A165 in 110 ~ 240V alternating current stable output + 5V and + 12V,Working for a long time,the circuit is very stable and reliable.
