摘要
为了满足大型光伏并网发电系统的监控要求,将单片机技术、Modbus协议、屏幕菜单显示、RS232&RS485通讯技术等应用到监控系统中,分析了主芯片的成本,执行时间、空间、中断、外设资源,传输线路的安全、完整性,菜单及内容的结构安排等,以AVR单片机Atmega128为核心,设计了一套完整的电路系统,改进了Modbus协议,编写了一套完整的软件代码,实现了在光伏逆变器并网发电过程中,实时、准确、详细地实现监控通讯显示。测试结果表明,该系统在时间、内容、功能、稳定性上都达到预期指标。监控系统在工程运行中,数据实时显示、功能丰富,取得了良好的效果。
In order to solve the monitoring need of large PV system,the technology of MCU,the display of screen menu,the technology of RS232 RS485 were investigated.After the analysis of cost,the execute time,the memory,the peripheral resources of MCU,the security and integrity of transmission line,the structure and content of menu,a complete hardware system and software system based on Atmega128 of AVR MCU,and RS232 RS485 technology of improved Modbus protocol were designed,then the monitoring on PV course was complemented real-timely,exactly,and detailedly.The results of testing indicate that this design achieves the expected target in time,content,function,and stability.This design proves to be data real-timely,functions plentifully and result finely.
