摘要
文章介绍了外转子永磁同步电机的结构及工艺,从设计结构及制造工艺上分析了该电机的结构特点及转子装配及总装工艺,后续的生产制造及电机试验验证了其有效性及合理性。
The structure and processes of external rotor permanent synchronous motor were expounded in the paper. The rotor assembly,final assembly and structural features were analyzed in terms of structural design and manufacturing process. Subsequent produc tion and tests demonstrated that, it is reliable, effective and rational.
