杭钢转炉厂全工序负能炼钢的生产实践

摘要 为实现全工序负能炼钢的目标,文章对杭钢炼钢工序消耗的能源介质和回收能源的组成进行了分析,从提高二次能源回收和降低能源消耗两方面入手,提出并实施了提高转炉煤气回收、蒸汽回收水平和降低炼钢工序能耗3个方面的主要措施,最终实现了全工负能炼钢。 In order to achieve the goal of making steel with minus energy consumption in whole process, this paper analyzes the consumed energy mediung and the composition of reclaiming energy of the process of steel-making in Hangzhou Iron&Steel Group Company, starting with two respects of improving secondary energy recovery and reducing energy consumption, puts forward and carries out main measures of the three aspects of improving the gas recovery of converter,improving steam recycling level and reducing the con- sumption of steel-making process, and finally realizes the steel-making with minus energy consumption in whole process.
