木华橱柜配送中心选址研究

Research on the location selection of the distribution center of Muhua cabinet

整体橱柜企业配送中心的选址研究是提高企业物流系统综合效益的有效途径,也是降低物流成本的有效保障。文章以木华橱柜配送中心为例,通过对各城市备选点的成本因素进行核算,以选址的结果是在配送体系成本最优组合为前提,完成配送中心的选址研究,为企业配送中心科学选址提供借鉴。

The research of location selection of integral cabinet enterprises is not only the dfficient way of improving the comprehensive benefit of the logistics system of enterprises but also the efficient guarantee of reducing logistics cost.Taking the distribution center of Muhua cabinet as example, through accounting the cost factor of alternative location in every city, on the premise that the selection resuit is the best combination of distribution system costs, this paper studies the location selection of the distribution center, which provides reference for scientific location of the distribution center of enterprises.
