价值工程在各个领域都有应用,应用到工程成本管理能有效降低工程的施工成本。文章以某建筑工程为例,运用价值工程进行工程模板方案的优选,以有效降低工程成本。实践证明,工程施工质量良好,取得了较好的经济效益,可为相关人员提供参考。
