我国建筑安全管理现状与对策分析

The status and countermeasure analysis of building safety management in China

随着社会主义经济的发展,城市现代化建设进程不断加快,这些都使得建筑施工项目数量不断增多。建筑安全管理工作的开展不仅保证了项目施工的有序进行,也能避免业主人身或财务安全遭到损害。针对这一点,文章首先阐述了我国安全管理现状中存在的问题,并从安全角度提出了相应策略。

With the development of economic and society andthe accelerate process of urban modernization, all of these make the increasing number of construction projects.Construction safety management work not only to ensure the orderly conduct of the project construction, but also avoid the owner＇s life or financial security to be damaged.On this point, this paper describes the status of security management problems, and puts forward the corresponding strategies from the view of safety point.
