浅析建筑工地消防安全管理

Analysis on security management of fire control in construction sites

近年来,随着我国经济社会的快速发展,给建筑行业带来了巨大机遇,全国各地的新建、扩建工程遍布大街小巷,加上新材料、新结构、新技术不断出现并被广泛应用,建筑施工现场出现了大量的火灾隐患,导致工地火灾事故时有发生,严重的甚至造成重大经济损失及人员伤亡。如中央电视台新址附属文化中心在建工地火灾、上海"11.15"高层居民住宅楼火灾等,以上火灾均存在消防安全责任履行不到位,施工现场防火要求不落实等问题。笔者结合工作实际,对如何做好建筑工地消防安全工作浅谈几点看法。

With the rapid development of economic and society in China, the increased new great opportunities for the building industry make more and more new or renew constructions in nationwide, which also brings a number of new materials, new structures and new technologies to be widely used in practice.However, this prosperous market is making a large amount of fire potentials in construction sites, which can easily trigger some fire accidents even cause significant economic losses and casualties.For example, the fire accidents in construction site of CCTV affiliated cultural center in Beijing and 11.15 high-rise residential buildings in Shanghai are mainly caused by some reasons like not well fulfilling responsibilities of fire security inspection, not well implementing requirements of fire control.This paper gives some views about security management of fire control in construction sites.
