摘要
图书馆采访工作对从业人员具有特殊的素质特征要求。然而一般的图书馆在进行人员选拔、招聘、培训和考评时却往往忽视了采访工作的特点,直接导致相当一部分不适合从事采访工作的人从事着采访工作。文章旨在通过胜任力模型这一理念分析采访人员所需要具备的素质特征,为文献采访人员的人才培养提供可参考的模型。
Library acquisition work has special quality characteristics demand for employee.However, general libraries often neglect the characteristics of acquisition work when they select, recruit, train and evaluate personnel, which directly leads to quite part of people who are not suitable for acquisition work engage in the job.This paper aims to analyze the quality characteristics is necessary for acquisitioning personnel through the idea of competency model, and provides model can be reference for the talent training of literature acquisitioning personnel.
