15份文心兰种质资源生物学特性观察

Observation of biological characteristics of 15 Oncidium germplasm resources

连续3年对15份文心兰种质资源的叶色、叶形、株形、花色等10个性状以及开花习性进行了观察,在株高、株幅、叶长、叶宽、叶数等17个性状上进行了测定。结果表明:不同品种间各性状存在极显著差异,遗传多样性丰富,其中有5份适合于做切花品种。按花序类型可将文心兰种质资源分为两类,若按每年抽花芽期和开花期的次数,也可将其分为两种类型。

The biological characteristics of 15 Oncidium germplasm resources were observed and investigated in 2005-2008. 10 traits of leaf color, leaf shape, plant type, flower color, etc. , as well as flowering habits were observed. 17 traits of plant height, plant width, leaf length, leaf width, leaf number, etc. were determined. The results showed that there were significant differences among the traits in different varieties and had abundant genetic diversity, and 5 varieties in 15 were suitable for cut flower. Oncidium germplasm can be divided into ：2 types by inflorescence, and can also be divided into 2 types by the number of the flower buds period and flowering period each year.
