植物促生菌CS2、CC9和草炭土添加量对盐碱土育秧的作用效果 被引量:5

摘要 将超级稻种子分别种植于总盐含量为0.1%、0.3%、0.6%、草炭土含量为0%、10%、20%的盐碱土中,并分别接种ACC脱氨酶PGPR菌株CC9和CS2,培养至水稻3叶1心期时,测定其株高、干重、鲜重、叶片叶绿素含量。结果表明:在各盐浓度的盐碱土中,经CC9和CS2处理的水稻,株高比对照高14%~42%;干物质含量比对照重7%~53%,在水稻叶片叶绿素总含量比对照多11%~28%;10%的草炭土用量更有利于水稻秧苗的生长。 The rice seeds were planted in the saline-alkali soil in which total salts content was 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.6% and the content of peat was 0%, 10%, 20%, respectively, also inoculated with PGPR CC9 and CS2 with ACC deaminase activity, and not measure the height of seedings, fresh/dry weight and the content of chlorophyll in the third leaf until the seedlings have 3 leaves in the greenhouse, The results was the followings: the height of rice seedling treated with PGPR CC9 and CS2 was 14% to 42%, the dry weight was 7% to 53% and the chlorophyll content was 11% to 28% higher than check, respectively. In addition, the 10% content of peat was more beneficial for growth of rice seedling.
