金融危机中农业发展面临的挑战与中国东盟农业合作

Challenges to agricultural development in the global financial crisis and Sino-ASEAN agricultural cooperation

分析了金融危机给农业发展带来的挑战,探讨了中国与东盟农业合作的主要内容。金融危机给农业发展带来挑战:农产品需求疲软,农产品价格下滑;农业保护主义抬头,农产品国际贸易受阻;企业开工不足,农村就业形势严峻;农民收入增长缓慢,农民生活改善受到影响。中国与东盟必须加强农业国际合作,才能有效抗击农业面临的严峻挑战。中国与东盟农业合作的主要内容是:加强农业政策协调,加强农业贸易合作,加强农业技术合作,加强农业资源合作,加强农业信息合作。

This paper analyzes the challenges to agricultural development in the global financial crisis, and explores the responsive agricultural cooperation between China and ASEAN. The major challenges brought by financial crisis to agricultural development are： slack demand for agricultural products, slipping of prices for agricultural products; the rising of agricultural protectionism, suppression of international agricultural trade; curtailing of enterprises＇production capacity, unpromising employment prospect for farmers; slow increase of farmers ＇ income, suppression of the development of farmers＇life and rural economics and society. As a response, China and ASEAN should strengthen the coordination in agricultural policies, the cooperation in agricultural trade, the cooperation in agricultural technology, the cooperation in agricultural resources, and the cooperation in agricultural information to fight against the adverse impact on agricultural development by global financial crisis.
