摘要
讨论了Al2O3-TiC复合陶瓷刀具切削HT200缸套的试验过程。缸套为离心铸件,切削性能较差;由扫描电镜对刀具的磨损形态进行观察,分析了刀具磨损特征及磨损机理。试验表明:刀具磨损机理主要为冲击磨损、磨粒磨损、扩散磨损等。
In this paper,using Al2O3-TiC ceramic composite tool to bore HT200 cylinder liner,the cylinder liner is centrifugal casting and not easy to be cut;using scanning electron microscope to observe the tool wear patterns and to analyze the tool wear characteristics and wear mechanism.The results show the shape cutter damage is mainly abrasive wear,chipping wear and bond breakage.
