摘要
以正交试验设计理论为依据,结合数控加工技术的特点,给出了数控车削加工精度整体分布规律的正交实验设计方案。因素水平变动对各项精度所产生影响的显著性差异。以径向尺寸精度分析为例,对数控车削加工零件的径向尺寸精度的值,用MATLAB进行模拟,验证了径向尺寸精度符合正态分布规律的概率分布。
Orthogonal experimental design based on its theory,Combined with the characteristics of CNC machining technology.Orthogonal experimental design of every precision CNC turning distribution is Shown.Changes in the level of the factors have a significant impact on the accuracy.Take the accuracy of radial dimension for example,simulated the part precision of CNC turning by MATLAB and confirmed it consistent with the probability distribution of normal distribution.
