一年生转Bt基因欧洲黑杨对土壤微生物的影响 被引量:6

摘要 利用PCR技术检测欧洲黑杨植株内转入Bt基因的稳定性,连续1 a对苗期转Bt基因和其林地间及根际土壤中3大类微生物(细菌、真菌和放线菌)进行选择性培养和数量统计分析,并将经过辐射杀菌的转Bt基因欧洲黑杨和其落叶干粉加入培养基,分别对已知细菌、霉菌和放线菌培养并对其数量和生长情况进行了对比分析。结果表明:(1)Bt基因稳定存在于苗期转Bt基因欧洲黑杨植株内。(2)转基因和对照林地间及根际土壤中微生物数量在不同月份无显著差异。(3)转基因植株落叶干粉对已知微生物的培养结果与对照组无显著差异。从而得出:苗期转Bt基因欧洲黑杨林对土壤微生物尚没有明显的影响。 In order to detect whether there had some effects of Bt transgenic Populus nigra on the soil microorganisms at seedling stage and provide new methods to detect the effects of transgenic forest trees on the environment bio-safety,we used PCR technology to detect the gene stability of the plant,and surveyed three groups of microorganisms(bacterium,fungi and actinomyces) in the soil around the roots of both young non-and transgenic trees,and of both non-and transgenic plantations during one year.At the same time,non-and transgenic fallen leaves added to medium respectively were treated with radiation sterilization to culture the microorganisms.Then,difference of the microorganism number and growth were analyzed by ANOVA.The results showed that Bt gene existed steadily in the one-year-old Bt transgenic P.nigra and no significant difference was found in terms of the microorganism number between the non-and transgenic trees and the effects of the non-and transgenic fallen leaves on the microorganisms' growth.It was concluded that there were still no significant negative effects of Bt transgenic P.nigra on the soil microorganism at seedling stage.
