面向绿色制造的家具生态设计体系及材料选择研究

Ecological Design and Material Selection for Furniture under the Philosophy of Green Manufacturing

基于绿色制造的家具产品生态设计体系由家具生态设计技术分析、家具生态设计实施、家具生态设计评估和支持保障等四个子系统构建而成。面向绿色制造的家具材料选择较之传统家具材料选择是一种全新的理念和思路。基于此系统和理念,提出了面向绿色制造的家具材料选择原则:技术性原则、经济性原则和环境性原则的综合和集成,探讨了面向绿色制造的最低家具材料生命周期成本。

Based on the principles of green manufacturing,the ecological system of furniture design consists of the ecological furniture design analysis,implementation,evaluation,as well as supporting and maintenance.Compared to the traditional furniture.the material selection subject to the green manufacturing presents a new philosophy.It involves the combination of technical principle,economical principle and environmental principle.The minimization of life-cycle cost of furniture material selection subjected to green manufacturing was discussed
