55例心功能不全患者心率变异性分析的临床价值

55 cases of heart dysfunction heart rate variability in the clinical value

目的探讨心功能不全患者心率变异性（HRV）的规律及其临床价值。方法回顾性分析2007年2月~2010年2月我院住院的55例心功能不全患者及20例正常人的心率变异性（HRV）进行24h动态心电图记录,对所获的资料用Hotter分析系统进行处理。结果心功能不全程度越重,平均心率逐渐增加,而HRV的各项指标则逐渐降低,但只有心功能Ⅲ级及Ⅳ缴组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论对心功能不全患者进行HRV分析,有助于判断其自主神经受损的程度,为临床判断预后提供一个重要指标。

Objective Heart failure patients with heart rate variability and its clinical value.Methods A retrospective analysis in February 2007 ~ February 2010 to 55 cases in our hospital heart failure patients and 20 normal controls of heart rate variability（HRV） to 24h Holter recording,and analysis of information obtained with Hotter the systems.Results The more severe heart failure,average heart rate gradually increased,the HRV indexes decreased gradually,but only the cardiac function III and IV group and control group differences were significant.Conclusion HRV in patients with heart failure analysis to help determine the degree of autonomic nerve damage,in order to provide an important clinical prognostic indicators.
