改良V-Y肛管成形术治疗慢性肛裂临床观察

Clinical effect of modified V-Y anal plasty on chronic anal fissure

目的探讨改良V-Y肛管成形术治疗慢性肛裂临床疗效。方法对我院2005年3月以来收治的慢性肛裂67例患者,随机分为两组,实验组34例采用改良V-Y肛管成形术治疗;对照组33例采用内括约肌切断术治疗。结果本组67例,实验组患者治愈率为94.1%,创面愈合时间平均9.3d;而对照组患者治愈率为78.8%(P<0.05),创面愈合时间平均18.6d(P<0.05)。结论改良V-Y肛管成形术可作为治疗慢性肛裂的常规术式,疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified V-Y anal plasty on chronic anal fissure.Methods 67 cases of patients with chronic anal fissure since March 2005 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.34 cases in treatment group were treated with modified V-Y anal plasty and 33 cases in control group internal sphincterotomy.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%,the wound healing time was 9.3 days on average,and the control group was 78.8%（P0.05）,the wound healing time was 18.6 days（P0.05）.Conclusion modified V-Y anal plasty on chronic anal fissure was accueare and can be used as conventional surgical.
