2006~2009年成都地区医院心血管系统药物利用分析

Analysis of cardiovascular drug use in 17 hospitals of Chengdu area between 2006 and 2009

目的了解2006~2009年成都地区17家医院心血管系统药物的使用情况。方法采用限定日剂量（DDD）的方法,对2006~2009年成都地区17家医院心血管系统用药的销售金额、销售数量、用药频度（DDD s）等进行统计分析。结果 2006~2009年成都地区17家医院心血管系统用药总金额分别为11037、13754、18244、22886万元。在金额排序和用药频度排序前列中,主要包括中药制剂、钙离子拮抗剂等,中药制剂销售状况良好。结论中药制剂已成为治疗心血管疾病的首选,同时其他疗效确切、依从性好、不良反应发生率低的钙离子拮抗剂、他汀类降脂药、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂亦受到重视。

Objective To evaluate the current situation and the trend of cardiovascular drugs used in chengdu city between 2006 and 2009.Methods Consumption of cardiovascular drugs used in 17 hospitals of chengdu city between 2006 and 2009 were analyzed by the way of sum DDD and DDDs ranking.Results The total cost of the cardiovascular drugs used in chengdu city were 11037、13754、18244、22886 million yuan between 2006 and 2009.Chinese traditional medicine and CCB take the main position in the sum and DDDs ranking.Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine with higher patient compliance rates,lower ADR occurrence,more certain therapeutic effect and economical daily cost have become the preferable choices for clinical physicians.
