摘要
从实践及理论出发,系统分析了直接法合成甲基氯硅烷中流化床温度对甲基氯硅烷日产量、二甲基二氯硅烷含量、氯甲烷及硅的单耗的影响。综合分析发现,在本例中,生产中期流化床温度宜控制在268~275℃。实际生产过程中,须通过试生产确定最适宜的流化床温度,然后调整其它操作指标来优化工艺参数,达到高产、低耗的目的。
The effects of the reaction temperature to mix monomers and the content of dimethyldichlorosilane,methyl chloride and the silica powder on methylchlorosilane synthesis were analyzed.In the experiment,the temperature of the fluid bed was ideal when it was between 268~275℃.In actual production,a suitable reaction temperature and other operation parameters should be determined by trial productions to ensure efficiency and smooth production
