摘要
以硅树脂为基料,添加高补强、高绝缘、耐高温颜、填料及高效复合型阻燃剂,配制成耐高温高绝缘防火涂料YT09。经检测,YT09耐高温涂料的耐高温性、快速老化寿命、耐久性均符合要求,涂膜的气味通过改进喷涂工艺和热固化工艺也能达到要求。用该涂料喷涂的电加热器散热板可满足欧盟客户的要求。
Fire protection coating YT09 with high-temperature resistance and high insulation was prepared by silicone resin,the fillers for reinforcement and insulation and high-temperature resistance,and highly effective compound inhibitors.After the examination,YT09 coating was proved to be high-temperature resistance,resistance to rapid aging,and excellent durability based on requirements.The smell of the paint film could meet the requirements by improving the spray coating and heat cure process.The electric hot plate with the coatings could meet the requirements of the EU customers.
