摘要
通过测定薇甘菊水浸液、茎叶覆盖和不同种植密度对盆栽橡胶树小苗生长和橡胶树小苗与薇甘菊叶绿素荧光特性来研究入侵植物薇甘菊对橡胶树小苗生长的影响,探讨橡胶树和薇甘菊间的化感与竞争潜能。结果表明,薇甘菊鲜样水浸液0.25 g/mL处理6个月后对橡胶树籽苗芽接小苗的茎围生长有显著促进作用,而对小苗的株高生长无显著作用。薇甘菊茎叶覆盖处理6个月后对橡胶树芽接小苗茎围增量显著高于种植薇甘菊1株处理,而与其它处理没有显著差异;在处理后3和9个月,各处理间均没有显著差异。实际光化学量子产量(Yield)也反映了薇甘菊水浸液0.25 g/mL和薇甘菊覆盖处理的橡胶树小苗光合效率高。因此,在试验的时间内和条件下,薇甘菊植株对橡胶树小苗还未造成不良影响,薇甘菊水浸液和茎叶覆盖能促进橡胶小苗生长,生产上可以用作有机绿肥,但必需晒干以免造成入侵危害。
In order to explore the influence of the invasive plant Mikania micrantha on the rubber tree(Hevea brasiliensis) seedling growth and reveal the competition and allelopathy between the weed and the crop,experiments were conducted to determine Mikania micrantha water extracts,mulch and various planting densities on Hevea brasiliensis seedling growth and their chlorophyll fluorescence under pot conditions.The results indicated that the stem girth increase of rubber tree seedling buddings was promoted significantly after irrigation of Mikania micrantha water extracts at 0.25 g/ml in six months,but no significance on height increase.The stem girth increase of rubber tree budding seedlings was significantly faster in the mulch with Mikania micrantha stems and leaves than in the one planting of Mikania micrantha after six months.The rubber tree seedlings had highly actual light quantum yield in both of Mikania micrantha water extracts at 0.25 g/ml and mulch.These demonstrated that rubber tree seedlings had not been impacted by Mikania micrantha plants under trial period and conditions and Mikania micrantha water extracts and mulch promoted rubber tree seedlings growth.Mikania micrantha plant could be used for organic green manure in the rubber tree production.
