香蕉幼苗对重金属Pb的吸收累积规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究重金属Pb在土壤-香蕉幼苗体系中的迁移分配规律。以沙质砖红壤为供试土壤,以香蕉幼苗为试验植物,采用实验室盆栽模拟试验进行研究。结果表明:Pb进入土壤后,从土壤向根系、茎、叶迁移,组织中Pb含量逐渐减少,表现为根系>茎>叶;不同Pb处理浓度对香蕉苗体内Pb富集效果有较大影响,随着Pb处理浓度的增加,香蕉苗各部位富集系数呈现先增后减的趋势,并在100 mg/kg处理时达到最大值;不同处理的香蕉苗各部位富集系数表现为根系>茎>叶。香蕉苗不同部位吸收累积重金属Pb大部分在根部,向茎和叶迁移的量较小。 Potted cultivation was carried out to study the process of absorption and accumulation of Pb2+ in soil and banana system.The results showed that after Pb2+ was introduced to the banana-soil system,the order of concentration of Pb2+ in different parts of banana was root,stem and leaf.The enrichment coefficients of banana seedling showed a trend from ascent to descent with increasing concentration of Pb2+ treatment,and the enrichment coefficients tent to the peak when concentration of Pb2+ was 100mg/kg.The sequence of enrichment coefficients of different parts of banana was root,stem and leaf at each treatment.Pb2+ were absorbed and attributed in largely,few were transported to the above ground parts.
