Weariness Analysis of Certain Machine Gun Tirebal based on Pro/MECHANICA

某型通用机枪取弹器寿命经常达不到规定要求,影响了全枪寿命。用Pro/Engineer建立取弹器及枪弹的三维模型,并利用Pro/Mechanica进行疲劳分析,找出了影响取弹器寿命敏感参数即取弹器与枪弹横向综合相对偏移量,对该参数控制在一定的范围内,可以保证取弹器的寿命满足规定要求。

Aimed at the puzzle of impact lifetime of certain machine gun, the paper made the simulation of weariness analysis. In the paper, it built three-dimensional model of tirebal and cartridge by Pro/Engi- neer, and based on the built model it made the simulation of weariness analysis, and found out the sensi- tive parameter of affecting tirebal lifetime, Namely it found out the relative offset of crossrange synthesis for tirebal and cartridge. The simulation results show that when the parameter is controlled in a certain range it can ensure the tirebal lifetime to satisfy the specified demand.
