基于某型火炮液压千斤顶的设计与制造

摘要 某型现已正式装备部队的火炮由于具有较强的火力和较远的射程,能进行360°环射,深受广大官兵的欢迎,但该炮的机械千斤顶存在着故障率高、操作不便的问题。本文根据该炮的实际情况,在不增加火炮升起的操作时间,不减少原战斗性能,尽量少改动原炮结构的前提下,采用了新的方案,经过了仔细研究,进行了具体结构设计与制造,使其性能基本达到了战术技术指标的要求。 Aimed at the puzzle of being high in fault rate and inconvenience in operation for hydraulic pressure lifting jack?of certain cannon,the paper proposed a new solution.Under the precondition that the operating time could not be increased when the cannon took off,and the fighting performance could not be reduced as well as the structure of original cannon should be modified as less as possible,the paper makes the structure design in detail and manufacturing,the test results show that the basic performance can achieve the index demand of military tactics and technology.
