To Construct Fully the New Teaching System of Our Comprehensive University

临沂大学教学工作要以科学发展观为指导,遵循人才成长发展规律、高等教育发展规律和市场经济发展规律,强化教学内涵建设,着力提升人才培养质量,全面实施教学质量建设工程和人才培养创新工程。实现教学管理由行政管理向学术管理转变、培养模式由集中统一管理向分类指导转变、人才培养由知识传授向知识、能力和素质协调发展转变。通过积极推进现代大学教学管理制度建设计划、开放性人才培养平台建设计划、多样化人才培养计划和教学精品项目培育计划,全力构建综合性大学教学工作新体系。

The teaching of Linyi University should follow the guidance of Scientific Development View,follow the rules of talents development,higher education development and market economy development,strengthen the teaching connotation construction,ascend the quality of talents cultivation and implement overall the projects of teaching quality and talents cultivation.There are some changes should be achieved which include：from administration management to academic management in teaching management,from centralized and unified management to classification guidance in training model,from knowledge teaching to knowledge,competence and quality coordinate development in talents training.To construct fully the new teaching system of our comprehensive university,we have to promote actively the construction of teaching management system in modern universities,the platform construction plan in open talents training and the project training plan in diversified talents training and teaching classic items.
