摘要
实地调研发现,大学生村官取得的积极效应优化了农村干部队伍,促进了农村发展,缓解了大学生就业压力,充实了农村人才储备。存在的问题是大学生村官"下不去"、"干不好"、"呆不住"、"流不动"。政策建议是完善选拔机制,保证大学生村官"下得去",提高大学生村官的职业认同度,提高大学生村官的农村工作技能,完善大学生培养方案,增加农村管理的教育培训内容,建立健全跟踪培养机制,使大学生村官能够"干得好",设计各种科学合理的培养方案。
After the field researching,we find that college student village official policy got positive effect.It improves village management layer,accelerates the development of villages and relieves the stress of employment.The problem is that the college student village officials cannot go down,cannot do well,cannot stay in village,and cannot get out.We should improve and perfect the personnel mechanism,ensure the college student village officials to get down;to improve the professional self-identity and their job skill in villages;to perfect the educational project to college student village officials and add village management into it;to built the tracking postcards,and make the college student village officials do well.
