摘要
作为法科学生实质毕业标准之法学素养不是抽象的培养目标与一般概念,它有着丰富的内涵和具体的评价、操作准则,其内容主要包括专业知识、职业能力、公正情怀等并不必然分离且相互联系的方面。要实现法学素养标准,必须明确将法学素养定位为法科人才培养目标。在推进专业主干课程学生主导型教学方法上,以问题意识为导向,着力培养学生思维能力和理解运用法律规范解决现实问题之能力。在法科学生职业能力训练体系构建方面,革新传统实践教学模式。
As the actual graduation standard,the law literacy of law students has rich connation and specific criteria of evaluation and operation,which include professional knowledge,vocational competence and justice feelings.To achieve the law literacy standard,law literacy should be defined clearly the training criterion of law talents;moreover,in the leading teaching methods of promoting professional backbone courses,question-oriented guidance and cultivating competence of thinking and understanding in solving realistic problems with law norms;to innovate traditional practical teaching models in system construction of professional competence training system.
