除草剂对蚯蚓CAT和SOD活性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用人工土壤试验法,用除草剂二甲四氯钠和麦龙通对赤子爱胜蚓单一染毒,观察蚯蚓体内的过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化.结果表明:在麦龙通的胁迫下,蚯蚓体内的SOD和CAT活性曲线随染毒时间的延长呈"S"形变化;在二甲四氯钠的胁迫下,蚯蚓体内的SOD和CAT活性曲线随染毒时间的延长呈"U"形变化.在相同染毒时间内,蚯蚓对二甲四氯钠的适应能力高于麦龙通,为科学使用除草剂提供了基础数据. The activity curves of CAT and SOD in an earthworm can be clearly observed by adopting artificial soil test method,using the herbicide MCPA-Na and Fluroxypyr-1-methylheptylester to pass on a unitary toxicological test to an Eisenia foetida.Results show that under Fluroxypyr-1-methylheptylester stress,with the change of the exposure time,the activity curves of CAT and SOD in an earthworm change roughly in an "S" curve;while under MCPA-Na sodium stress,the two changing activity curves are more like a "U" locus With the same exposure time,the earthworm is found to possess a greater adaptability to MCPA-Nasodium than to Fluroxypyr-1-methylheptylester ,which provides us with the basis data for the scientific use of herbicides.
