心肺复苏和心肺脑复苏成功病例的对比分析

Assessment of clinical cases of successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation

目的探讨影响心肺脑复苏(CPCR)的相关因素。方法收集单纯心肺复苏(CPR)成功(对照组)和心肺脑复苏(CPCR)成功(观察组)患者的临床资料,分析其基础疾病、心脏骤停原因、心脏骤停持续时间和脑缺血缺氧时间对CPCR的影响。结果两组患者基础疾病的分布不同;与对照组相比,观察组心脏骤停持续时间、自主心跳恢复时间和脑缺血缺氧时间较短(P<0.01)。结论基础疾病和心脏骤停持续时间与心肺脑复苏成功有关。

Objective To discover the factors related to cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation（CPCR）.Methods The clinical data of successful cases of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）（control group）and CPCR（observation group）were retrospectively reviewed to explore the associations of CPCR with basic disease,cause of cardiac arrest,duration of cardiac arrest and cerebral shortage of blood and oxygen supply.Results There were significant differences in basic disease and cause of cardiac arrest between two groups（P0.05）.Successful cases of CPCR experienced short durations of cerebral hypoxic ischemia,cardiac arrest and recorery of cardiac rythm in observation group when compared with the control one.Successful CPCR was correlated with basic disease and duration of heart arrest（P0.05）.Conclusion The results suggest that success of CPCR be associated with primary disease and duration of cardiac arrest.
