摘要
在论述如何正确认识国防交通信息资料的性质和作用的基础上,分析了国防交通信息资料的范围界定、内容分类和建设要求,提出了在建设中应瞄准需求、着眼发展、完善机制、评估改进的对策措施,以求推动国防交通信息资料建设的健康发展。
Upon the basis of analyzing how correctly to understand the property and functions of the information data for traffic of national defense,the determination of the range of the information data for traffic of national defense,the classification of its content,and the requirements for its construction are analyzed in the paper,with some counter-measures presented,such as aiming at the requirements in the course of the construction,focusing on the development,perfecting its mechanism,and strengthening the evaluation and improving work.The research of ours aims at promoting the healthful development of the construction of the information data for traffic of national defense.
