摘要
为了适应严寒地区环境特征,减少裂纹发生,哈大客专CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道板预制全部采用自动温控系统进行室内蒸汽养护。分析了蒸养各阶段裂纹产生机理,提出采取延长升温阶段和降温阶段的持续时间、降低恒温阶段的恒温温度、缩短恒温阶段时间、尽量降低芯部与表面温度差,改进模具保证蒸养棚内湿度等技术控制裂纹产生,对我国今后的轨道板制造和裂纹控制具有借鉴和指导作用。
To adapt to the environmental characteristics of freezing regions and reduce cracks in concrete,type-I CRTS ballastless track slabs of the Harbin-Dalian Passengers-oriented Railway are all steam-cured inside the house with an automatic temperature-controlling system.Upon the basis of analyzing the crack-producing mechanism at different steam-curing stages,in the paper presented are some useful proposals including lengthening the stage of temperature rise and the duration of the temperature-lowering stage,lowering the temperature at the constant temperature stage,shortening the time of the constant temperature stage,minimizing the difference between the temperature of the core and that of the surface,and improving molds to keep the moisture constant inside the shed.These techniques may serve as a useful reference for the manufacture of track slabs and crack control in our country in the future.
