摘要
１９７９年以来中国经济体制的转轨带来了国有企业治理结构的转变。其基本趋势是由单一的治理结构向多元复合的法人治理结构转变。伴随国有企业改革的阶段性推进，这一过程经历了若干阶段。目前，已经取得了明显的阶段性成果，新的治理结构的萌芽已经显示出明显的绩效。但是，这一过程尚未最终完成。必须在进一步推进和完善国有企业现代企业制度改革的过程中进一步完善企业法人治理结构。
China's economic system has made the transition from a planned economy to a socialist market economy. It has changed state-owned enterprise governance structure since 1979. A multi-dimension governance structure have been taken the place of the old unitary one. The governance structure has gone through several stages following the reform of state-owned enterprise. At present, the new governance structure achieves remarkable success, but it is still in its early transition stage. There are still some areas that are quite imperfect, we should further make perfect state-owned enterprise governance structure in the course of deepening the reform and establishing a modern enterprise system of state-owned enterprise.
