偏离-份额模型下的新疆国际旅游产业结构分析

To Analyze the Structure of the Xinjiang International Tourism Through the Shift-Share Method

以2001——2010年全国和新疆的旅游统计资料为依据,运用偏离-份额分析法,对新疆国际旅游产业结构进行分析。分析表明,新疆的旅游产业各部门的总体结构基本合理,但是部门的增长势头弱,有大部分部门竞争力在全国平均水平之下,总体上体现了新疆旅游产业的综合竞争力不强。要增强新疆国际旅游业的综合竞争实力,则必须要加快发展新疆的基础设施建设,完善产业链的服务体系,加快旅游产品创新升级,扩大国内外客源市场。

On the base of tourism statistics of country and Xinjiang from 2001 to 2010,this article uses the Shift-Share Method to analyze the structure of the Xinjiang International Tourism.The analysis shows that the overall structure of the various departments of Xinxiang＇s tourism industry is reasonable,but the sector＇s growth momentum is weak,and most of the sector＇s competitiveness under the national average,the total reflects that the comprehensive competitiveness of tourism industry is not strong in Xinjiang.To enhance the overall competitive strength,Xinjiang international tourism must accelerate the development of Xinxiang＇s infrastructure construction,improve the service system of industrial chain,accelerate innovation and upgrading tourism products,and expand the domestic tourism market.
