新生代农民工社会保障问题——以《社会保险法》为视角

On the Social Security of Migrant Workers of New Generation——"Social Insurance Law" Perspective

随着社会的不断发展,大量新生代农民工涌入城市,成为经济建设的主力军,但是,他们的社会保障状况却令人堪忧。通过分析新生代农民工的社会保障现状来说明存在的问题,并以《社会保险法》的颁布为视角探讨新生代农民工社会保障的完善。

With the continuous development of society,a large number of migrant workers of new generation have come into cities and become the main force of economic development,but their social security situation should be concerned.This paper analyzes migrant workers of new generation to analyze the current situation of social security problems,and takes ＂Social Security Act,＂ as view to show improvement of the social security of migrant workers.
