摘要
采用适合于非批量生产的二轴数控加工方案,基于球头铣刀虚拟制造的通用数学模型,结合具体的圆锥球头铣刀给出了应用实例.通过实例模拟计算,求出了圆锥球头铣刀刃口曲线方程、沟槽截形方程、磨用砂轮截形、砂轮的轴向与径向进给速度函数,从而证明了设计模型可行性,因此,这种设计具有很强的实用价值.
The plan of the 2-axis NC machining for non-mass production is adopt.Based on the general mathematical model of virtual manufacturing ball-nosed cutter,an application example of specific ball-nosed cone cutter is provided.By calculating the example of ball-nosed cone cutter,the equations of the cutting edge,the cross-section of the groove,the cross-section of the grinding wheel and the functions of the axial and radial feeding speeds are simulated,which proves feasibility of the design model,therefore,this design has a great practical value.
