摘要 睡眠觉醒在学习记忆中扮演了重要角色。过去几年睡眠对学习记忆巩固的影响广受关注[1]。实际上,觉醒对学习记忆亦有不可替代的作用,但觉醒与学习记忆的关系文献则极少涉及,本研究拟结合文献和本实验室工作,简要介绍觉醒系统的活动对学习记忆过程的影响。 Sleep and wakefulness play an important role in modulating learning and memory.Over the past few years,the effect of sleep on memory consolidation has received a broad interest.Although the irreplaceable role of wakefulness in learning and memory has been recognized,the mechanism of wakefulness on learning and memory is seldom investigated.This review,combined with the our lab work,focused on the influence of activities in arousal system on learning and memory.
