The Analysis and Prospect on the Education Policy of Western Development

主要是通过阐述西部大开发的教育政策的主要内容，对其进行了具体分析，在分析的基础上，一方面总结出现行西部教育政策的成效，另一方面找出了现行教育政策产生的问题，分别对这两方面的原因做出详细的剖析，做出总结。最后，用SWOT法西部教育的现状进行分析，并针对现行西部大开发教育政策中产生的问题提出改革建议，同时对新一轮西部大开发西部地区教育发展前景进行展望。

This paper mainly explains and analyzes the content of education policy of western development. On the base of these analysis, this paper, on one hand, concludes the good effects of education policy of western development, and , on the other hand, summarizes the problems it produces. The reasons of the two aspects are analyzed deeply. Finally, with the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the current situation of western education. Based on these analyses, this paper puts forward some suggestion of reform to solve the problems that the education policy produces, and then looks into the future of the education development of western development in a new round.
