我国人大代表席位有效利用问题探析

人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度,是社会主义民主在政权制度上的基本体现。但在其具体运行过程中却存在着部分人大代表席位未得到有效利用的现象,直接影响了人民代表作用的发挥。只有严格把关人大代表任职资格审核,加强对人大代表履行职责的监督力度,建立候补代表制度,才能保证人大代表切实代表人民充分行使权力,维护和实现人民利益,从而不断完善、发展我国人大代表制度,推进我国政治文明建设的进程。

People＇s congress system is China＇s fundamental political system,and basic reflection of political system of socialist democracy.However,in their specific operation,some deputies in the seats have not been effective use of the phenomenon,which directly affect people＇s role in the play.Only strict qualification examination deputies,deputies perform their duties to strengthen the supervision and set up a system of alternate representative to ensure that deputies represent the people to fully exercise their powers effectively and achieve the people＇s interests,so as to continuously improve and develop our NPC system,promote the process of political civilization in China.
