国际金融危机的冲击,使中国发展的内外部环境发生了深刻的变化,同时也使我国经济发展方式较为粗放、经济结构层次较低、经济增长的内在动力不足,过度依赖投资和重化工业、忽视资源环境支撑的经济发展模式难以为继。面对后危机时代外部发展环境的不确定性和不稳定性,客观理性地审视我国经济发展模式中的问题,适时地进行经济发展模式的转型和重构,提高发展质量,坚持走科学发展之路,是新时期实现经济社会和谐发展的路径选择。

The strike of international financial crisis creates profound changes to inner and outer circumstances of China＇s development,and meanwhile prohibits the continuousness of the economic development modes of extensiveness,lower economic structure,the lack of inner motivation,excessive dependence on investment and heavy industrialization and the ignorance of resources and environment.Facing the uncertainness and unstableness of outer development environment in post-crisis era,objectively and rationally evaluating the problems of our economic development modes,appropriately transforming and reconstructing economic development modes,enhancing the quality of development and insisting on scientific development are the route selection of realizing the overall social development in the new era.
