河南农村中学体育教学现状调查及分析

Survey and analysis of PE teaching at middle schools in the rural areas of Henan

经过调查研究发现,河南省农村中学课体育教学现状不容乐观。主要表现为:受应试教育影响依然严重,体育课不同程度地存在被挤占现象;教师接受培训次数较少,师生比例过大,体育教师教学工作量偏大;体育经费、场地、器材等严重不足。为改变这一现状,必须充实农村中学体育教师队伍,加大农村中学体育教师培训力度,加强体育教师科研能力,切实提高体育教师各方面的待遇;通过增加体育经费、完善场地器材、优化教学方法等来积极开展体育教学活动;认真贯彻党的教育方针,全面推进素质教育,按照国家及地方与体育教学相关的法律、法规、条例、通知及意见,大力加强农村学校体育工作。

With the investigation, rural school physical education teaching is not optimistic. The main reason as follows： impact of exam-oriented education in rural secondary schools is still severe; PE class is often ocupied by other subjects, teachers received less training times, teacher - student ratio is too large, PE teachers has too heavy workload of teaching; sports funding, space, equipment and so on are deficiencies. To change this situation, we must enrich the middle school PE teachers in rural areas, increase the training of PE teachers in rural areas, strengthen scientific research capacity of physical education teachers and effectively improve all aspects of their treatment. It should carry out sports teaching activities through increasing sports funding, improving field equipment and optimizing teaching methods. We should conscientiously implement the Party＇s education policy, pro-mote quality-oriented education, and greatly strengthen the rural school sports according to the state and local physical education- related laws, rules, regulations, notices and comments.
